Letter of Credit (Standby LC/SBLC) issued from HSBC LONDON, HQ, via
SWIFT MT 799 Pre-Advise, then followed by SWIFT MT760

2. Letter from your Private Lender, Trust, or Bank of your available credit line
3. Contact Information of the Principal together with list of

PRIVATE
LENDERS
1. Our Group of Companies deliver true, verifiable assets (both owned
and assigned), either in BG or LC or SBLC {Bank
Guarantee, Letter of Credit or Standby Letter of Credit}
2. Your compliance checks it
3. We "pre-negotiate" the deal; Based on what client wants and want
lender wants
4. We issue the draft contract (in word)
5. We send you the draft contract (for approval), then we send the
client for approval
6. We send the client (the "applicant" of the instrument) the contract
(he signs)
7. We send you (the lender, bank, or Trust) the contract (you counter
sign)
8. We send the FINAL, SIGNED contract to the client and instruct the
banker to deliver/transfer asset.
HOW WE CAN BENEFIT
FINANCIAL
INSTRUMENT - COLLATERAL PROVIDERS
1. Your Group of Companies deliver true, verifiable assets (both either
owned or assigned), in a form of BG, LC or SBLC {Bank
Guarantee, Letter of Credit or Standby Letter of Credit}
2. Once we find an interest, we notify you the terms and conditions
3. We "pre-negotiate" the deal; Based on what client wants and want
lender wants
4. We issue the draft contract (in word)
5. We send you the draft contract (for approval), then we send to the
lender for approval
6. We send the lender (the "beneficiary" of the instrument) the
contract (he signs)
7. We send you (the "applicant") the contract (you counter sign)
8. We send the FINAL, SIGNED contract to the lender and instruct the
banker to verify (via standard banking protocol) proof of available
credit line
PRIOR to deliver/transfer of the asset.

3. Professional, detailed documentations for bank due diligence
purposes. Without this, we cannot assist you.
4. *ALL* respectful intermediaries to be outlined at the point of
submission, and how each relate to one another,
so that when we issue the contract, each of the individuals can be
included on the contract and therefore,
can be paid DIRECTLY at closing, to prevent any "mistrust" among the
group down the line and into the future.
